This play focuses on Richard Miller who returns to his hometown of Wintersville to teach Civics and Government through a game. In the game, Miller teaches his students about U.S. law, and how it pertains to their lives. As the play furthers, Mr. Miller's game becomes more than just a school project, but rather the start of a rebellion. The audience gains insight on the cycle of societal progression and regression throughout that time period- emphasizing how important is to study the past in order to avoid, understand, and fix altercations in the future.
